The Staunton Area
Ambulance Service is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation.
The Board of Directors of the corporation is made up of two
representatives from each of the fire districts within the Staunton
Area Ambulance Service district. These representatives recieve
no compensation for his/her service.

Meetings
The Board of Directors
meet the third monday of every month. Occasionally it is necessary
to call a special meeting between monthly meetings, if a special
meeting is called it will be posted at the ambulance service building
at least 48 hours prior to the special meeting.
